Social Committee:
The Social Committee mission is to foster active participation in ongoing Lakeside Terrace community events, such as a summer BBQ and picnic, an end of the year social and bi-monthly movie nights. The committee will organize and implement the social aspects of the community events, various LTC meetings, and the annual LTC meeting. |

Decorating Committee:
The Decorating Committee has completed most of the redecorating of the public areas. The next project is rehabilitation of the Community Room. |

Communication Committee:
The Communication Committee mission is to foster positive communication within the Lakeside Terrace Community. |

Landscaping
The Landscaping Committee works to improve the appearance of Lakeside Terrace. |
|
Pond Committee: The Pond Committee works with the other condominiums which share ownership of the pond. |
