Lakeside Terrace Condominium is located
at 7501 and 7505 Democracy Boulevard in
Bethesda.  It consists of two four-story
buildings located next to Cabin John Park. 
Lakeside Terrace was built in the mid-1960's
as a rental property and was converted to
condominium status in 1973.  There are 215
apartment units, including one used for a
dental office and another for a doctor's office.

One of the tennis courts has a basketball
hoop for optional use.

There is a picnic area beside the lake.
Lakeside Terrace Condominium is next to Cabin John Regional Park with hiking trails through the woods.  In a short walk are the Pauline Betz Addie indoor tennis center and the Locust Grove Nature Center.  A little farther away are baseball diamonds, tennis courts, indoor ice skating and a children's play area.  Montgomery Mall is half a mile away.

We are conveniently located near I270 and the Capital Beltway.  Two Ride-On bus lines pass by the front door.  One goes between the Bethesda and Rockville Metro stations and the other goes to Wheaton via the Twinbrook Metro Station.
